In today's busy world, we all need to take time out for relaxation. Our lives are a series of running from one thing to the next, and hence very stressful.  When you take as little as 20 minutes a day to do something positive for yourself like using the Alpha-Stim SCS, it will decrease your chance of getting a stress-related illness.  The person who can master the art of relaxation will find it easier to cope with all situations as they arise.

A colleague who is a psychiatrist in Crystal River, Florida  (Dr. John Grace) has found that individuals who have some prior experience with relaxation techniques find they respond quite well and very quickly to Alpha-Stim SCS. He uses Alpha-Stim in his office for his patients.

For those who do not know what "relaxed" feels like, the Alpha-Stim SCS unit will put you in a state of complete relaxation and carry you through any hectic day. As with all AS devices, there is a residual affect. The more you use it, the more your brain continues to move in that relaxed state over time. Many of our clients have remarkable results. They often comment on how relaxed they feel during and after treatment, and report they feel the effects of Alpha-Stim even more so than from practicing yoga or meditation.

For an enhanced experience, listen to a relaxation CD during your 20 min session. If time permits, you can use the device for 30 minutes or an hour. We recommend any CD or audio tapes created by Emmett Miller, MD,  one of the fathers of Holistic and Mind/Body Medicine.  He is a physician, scientist, musician, and master storyteller, whose multicultural heritage has given him a unique social, medical and spiritual perspective.

If you would like to experience total relaxation NOW, we can place your Alpha-Stim order today and support you through your process.
